Anytime I have issues with my car, Central Collision is my go to spot. I’ve been going here for years, and have sent family and friends to have work done there also. With the knowledge and professionalism that Carol and Walid displays, you won’t be disappointed. 5* all day!

I recently got my Tesla Model Y back from Central Collision. We had an issue with a damaged fender and rear door. I got several estimates. Every other place said the door and fender couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Walid at Central Collision said he could repair it and I wouldn’t notice the difference. I was leery, but trusted him. I’m glad I did because the car looked brand new when I picked it up. In fact, it was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. From start to finish, my experience was great. They were friendly, informative, and did great work on my car. I hope to not be in a situation to need them again, but if I do, they would be my first call.

Central Collision gave me peace of mind after being in a hit and run accident. They worked with my insurance company, and I never had to pay the deductible. I even used one of their vehicles for the rental. Two weeks and I got my car back in perfect condition!

After a few weeks of bawling I’m ready to put this out there. September 16th I was rear ended, little over 60 days of buying my new car. The person at fault took full responsibility and his insurance paid for all damages to be repaired except Central Collision did not do any of the work they were paid to do and on top of that my car came back with more scratches than it left with. I’m devastated! I worked so hard to get myself a nice family car, I LOVED my car. My car was in PERFECT condition before the accident, not a single scratch on my car & there was 6 people in the car who will also say the same thing. Central collision was paid almost $9000 to repair the vehicle, and gave me a date of November 4th to be finished only for them to call me November 4th and state it was not ready to come Monday, Monday arrived and the car was still not ready they said call Tuesday. Tuesday came and they stated it was ready. I arrived to pick up my car only for it to not only look this bad but they put the wrong bumper on the car, it’s missing 2 back sensors (they have given me now but didn’t put on the car), no emblems on it, the door is out of place, the exhaust was broken at the accident, th
